Our dairy-free loaf! This is a lighter ginger sponge than our usual ginger loaf. The courgette gives it a fresh moist flavour. This has quickly become a favourite at the bakery and can be found in the bakery on selected days, or to order as a whole loaf now.
One loaf is approximately 9 portions.

All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
