Flourless Chocolate Cake
This was one of our first gluten free options and has remained a firm favourite. It comes in a 9inch size which will give up to 15 slices. One layer of chocolate goodness made using cocoa, this cake has a dark chocolate taste with the texture of a light brownie.
Please note this has a natural cracking appearance because of the ingredients used. Because of its rustic nature, this cake cannot be decorated or iced. The cake will look similar to the images provided.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
