Lunch Box Cake
Our new mini cakes! These are very popular all over Instagram for their cute and convenient size! They are 4 inches (roughly 2-3 portions) and come in a bento box with wax paper.
They come with icing down sides and on top and you can choose your flavour, icing and message. These can be in a circular or heart shape.
All of our products should be kept at room temperature and not refrigerated, unless they contain fresh cream. Products will keep well for 2-3 days. For optimum freshness keep any uneaten cake in an airtight container or clingfilm the box the cake came in.
Please make sure to always carry your cake completely flat and preferably from underneath the box not around the sides.
As a guide here are the rough amount of portions you will get from the different sizes:
6 inches - 4-5 portions
8 inches - 8-12 portions
10 inches - 15-20 portions
11 inches - 20-25 portions
Where the cake has more than 2 layers of sponge, each size will obviously give a few more portions. Portion size is subjective to size of slice cut.
Whole loaf cakes should give 6-8 slices.

We bake in an environment that handles Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya & Nuts. We also use products that are produced in factories that handle Peanuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.
