If you disagree with any part of these terms and

Terms and conditions for Purchase of food and non-food items from Primrose Bakery.
 
Primrose Bakery permits you to purchase food and non-food items from the website, in store and over the telephone. Any purchase made must adhere to the terms and conditions listed below:
 
1. Order errors
1.1 If you receive an order confirmation email and notice an error, please advise the bakery immediately. The bakery can be contacted via phone 0207 483 4222 or email [email protected].
 
1.2 If your order is incorrect, please advise the bakery on the day the order is collected / delivered. The bakery can be contacted via phone 0207 483 4222 or email [email protected]. You must have a copy of your order confirmation as proof of payment / order. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the order.
 
2. Returns / exchanges 
2.1 Online: All non-food items purchased through the website are non-refundable. In the event an item is purchased and you wish to cancel the order, Primrose Bakery will issue a credit note that can be used in both London stores upon return of the undamaged / un opened item(s). In the event the item has been used or opened, Primrose Bakery will refuse the right to issue a credit note.
 
2.2 In store: If your order is incorrect or you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it as soon as possible to the store from which it was purchased from. You must bring proof of purchase and the item in question. We will exchange the item or offer some form of alternative. 
 
3. Faulty / damaged goods
3.1 If your item (food item / non-food item) is damaged on arrival, please provide photographic evidence immediately to [email protected]. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the appearance of the food order.
 
3.2 If your non-food item is damaged on arrival (via post), please provide photographic evidence immediately to [email protected]. Management will do their upmost best to rectify any issues with the condition of your purchase.
 
4. Cancellations
4.1 If you wish to cancel a food item order, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to collection/delivery. You must contact the store you placed the order at.

4.2 If you wish to cancel a class booking, this must be done 10 days prior to the class. If you wish to cancel within the 10 days before the class, full payment will be taken for your booking. There is a minimum attendance of 6 participants for the class to commence. In the unlikely event that we cancel the class you will receive a full refund. Primrose Bakery cannot take responsibility for any loss of money (including travel costs) resulting in the cancellation of a class. Spaces are limited so early booking is essential.  

5. Refunds 
5.1 If in the event you are unhappy with the look and quality of your food product order please advise the bakery on the day the order is eaten/collected/delivered. The bakery can be contacted via phone 0207 483 4222 or email [email protected]
 
5.2 A refund will only be issued at the discretion of the manager, and in most instances the shop will issue a credit note or replace the item (see point 2.2 regarding damaged items).

5.3 We are unable to offer a refund if you do not like the taste of the food item purchased. Taste is a personal preference and the bakery stands by the quality  and taste of the items they make.

6. Terms and conditions for discount voucher.
6.1 The percentage discount applies to the price in store, on the day of purchase.

6.2 For offer validity, refer to the dates specified on the voucher.

6.3 Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

6.4 Unless otherwise stated, voucher codes are limited to one use per customer.

7. Terms and conditions for free gift offers.
7.1 Spend over £20 online between 1st-15th June and receive a special Moustache cookie gift.

7.2 Offer applies to online purchases only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

7.3 Promotion does not apply to Masterclass bookings or Vouchers.

7.4 One complimentary item per purchase. Customers can make multiple purchases.

7.5 Primrose Bakery reserves the right to end this offer or ammend terms and conditions. 

8. Terms and conditions for Mother's Day prize draw

8.1 Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of Primrose Bakery (including any group companies) are not eligible to enter.

8.2 Spend over £30.00 in store or online and be automatically entered into the chance to win afternoon tea for two at Primrose Bakery, 1 signed Primrose Bakery Celebrations cookbook and 2 Primrose Bakery tote bags.

8.3 Routes to enter: 
All orders online that spend £30.00 are automatically entered into the draw. 
In store purchases require customers to fill in their details on a form.
Non purchase entry can be made by emailing [email protected] or mailing Primrose Bakery, 69 Gloucester Avenue, NW1 8LD, London, UK, and stating your choice of prize.

8.4 Afternoon tea includes Cupcakes, slices, tea, coffee and cold drinks only.

8.5 Competition dates run from 9am Monday 10th March 2014 to 9am Sunday 30th March, 2014. Winner will be notified by email or phone call on Monday 31st March, 2014.

8.6 Prize is valid for 6 months only, from the date a winner is announced. Winner will be drawn at random.

8.7 Competition open to UK residents only. Primrose Bakery are not liable to pay for any travel or other costs incurred when redeeming prize.

8.8 No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.

8.9 Entrants are required to meet the Entry Criteria but otherwise no purchase is necessary.

8.10 It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required.

8.11 Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition – entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted.

8.12 The promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence.

8.13 The promoter does not endorse any Prize supplied by a third party nor does it endorse the third party supplier. The Prize will only be delivered to addresses within the UK. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.

8.14 The promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the need arise. The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).

8.15 If the potential winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

8.16 Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.

8.17 Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified.

8.18 The promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

8.19 The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.1. Free prize draw open to UK residents. This excludes employees of Primrose Bakery, their immediate families, agents and anyone else associated with the administration of the promotion.

9.2. Final prize draw closing date and time for receipt of entries is 2pm 22/04/14

9.3. Entries limited to one per person, per day.

9.4. There are 7 daily prizes. Each day represents a different prize from a different supplier.

9.6. The winning entries will be selected randomly by a judge from all entries received by the detailed daily closing date and time.

9.8. Winners will be notified via a '2.15pm post' on our timeline. Winners will be required to email us their full contact details and asked to confirm acceptance of their prize before it is despatched.

9.9. If there is no response from any notified winner after 7 days, a new winner will be randomly selected by a judge.

9.10. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that their name and postal address details are up-to-date at the time of entering, as we cannot replace prizes that are sent to old addresses.

9.11. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
